Finished up all the fab work on my axle. Modified JCR truss, JCR C-gussets, blee OTA track bar, aretc LCA mounts.

Ready for gears and reassembly.

Also stop drilling out welds, get a spot weld bit, sooo much easier.

Small hand held butane torch or a heat gun. Should peel right off with a chisel when its warm. Otherwise a wire wheel. Thats how they do it at body shops.

Definitely one of them for sure. It makes short work of stubborn material. Once you use one, you won't look back.

I have been using a spot weld drill bit and a seam buster. I don't have a needle scaler though. I'll have to try the heat gun and chisel trick. So...Nobody wants to take me up on the free pizza and beer offer? Lol

If it's free, that mean the pizza is expired and the beer is crappy

I've always used a heat gun and scraper to remove seam sealer

Get one of these wire brushes. They work great.
