Put a bigger notch in my zj skid tank; on my XJ retrofit, for the rear exhaust hanger clamp to the exhaust. Its crazy how much stainless moves! My whole exhaust easily moves back 1" once at operating temperature.
I did use it the next day. I wasnt sure how I wanted to set it up so i didnt finalize anything. Everything is all taped up now. I would hate to lose my jeep because something shorted out and she burned!!!

Installed mic and rewired for auto-dimming of the head unit.

Drove it to work (got called in ) with just enough charge in it to power the necessary electronics to keep the motor running.
I used this one from autozone. I did the big 3 electrical upgrade prior to the install. The circumference of the new alternator is slightly larger. Both mounting brackets had to be removed and ground down to fit properly.
