Welcome to the site if your mainly dd it I woud only go up about 2-3 inches with 4.5 you will run into a lot of extra expense.Do a search on lift kits.

Thanks for the in put. Im not worried about spending a little more money to get the 4.5 and what ever else i would need . I just dont want it driving or riding like a dump truck.

if you dont want it riding like a dump truck, then go with rubicon express and put on a good set of shocks. your shocks will have alot to do with your ride. cheapo's are not made for jeeps, but much heavier trucks. get some bilsteins and you will be very happy with your ride as you can get some that are made for a jeep. yes expensive, but well worth the price on a dd!!

also if you go with 4.5'' you control arms start to get a steep angle on them, which does not allow the control arms to suck up bumps...more of a slam up....bad ride. you will want to get some control arm drop brackets to prevent this feel. your control arm angles will be put back close to stock giving you a much better ride.

i have had alot of different lift kits in my day(ive owned 16 cherokees), and rubicon seems to ride the best to me. and WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

id have to agree with bones on going with Rubicon express. ive owned both RC and RE stuff and RE is a much better ride. long arms help too but not too good for a DD IMO
