Driving to work this morning I hear "POW" and then a bunch of slapping/clacking. Upon inspection I find this

Yea a guy on Craigslist has one from a 96 for 300. But will my ax-15 bolt up to it?

I don't see why not, I thought any 4.0 would bolt up to aw4/ax-15, maybe not. Might want to wait for another confirmation lol.

I had to replace a couple of the rod retainers and pulled some rubber stuff out of the guts. Not sure what the rubber was supposed to do but it was preventing the unlock mechanism from working.

Replaced both oxygen sensors but sill have "Check Engine" light. Researching how to reset the diagnostics computer.

Disconnect the battery cables for a minute (I've heard touch them together?) Then reattach them. Should be good.

Still need to tweak a few things. Getting horrible dw when braking from 50mph.
