Seems there was also an issue with the rear seatbelt mounts?

 

Now it's throwing code 21. I just replaced the cam sensor, and it didn't make any difference. But I'm glad I did it regardless because the old one was missing a chunk of plastic and under it was a mess as a result.

Could a bad downstream sensor cause these rough running issues? I thought the downstream just detected cat failures.

Or is it a coincidence that my upstream o2 went bad while they were messing with my exhaust?

Thanks for your help. You (either directly or by your level of detail in other posts) have had the answer to many of my issues before.


Several of the print outs that I have in my jeep folder have your name on them.

 

After the jeep threw the 21 code something changed. I drove it for 30 miles without issue. I have to assume it goes into some sort of safe mode and uses a standard air fuel mix when it reports that the o2 is bad? Since that related to the o2 I ran to get one, and pulled the old upstream one out along with the threads. So now I need a down pipe. It was time anyway since it's so rusty.

I'll have the new pipe tomorrow hopefully this ends here...
