Thanks for any info
Bolts and Torq on top, nuts behind the headlight bezels. I haven't done it in a while, but 14mm and T27 are in my head. That's a guess, though.

Didn't think so. Just wondering since I replaced my upstream but my downstream is probably pretty old.

I hate to ask such a monotonous question but.. Any help on my MPG? in the past 5k its got all new fluids, plugs wires cap and rotor, upstream, air filter, oil changes with wix filters, VC gasket, TPS and cleaned the TB, IAC and MAP. I put in a 99+ intake and 703 injectors recently and that only dropped my mpg down from 12-13 to 11

Default If i weld my rear diff will it hold?

Hello my name is Justin and i have a question reguarding welding my rear end in order to get a posi rear end. I am a poor collage kid and cannot afford to buy a posi rear end at this time. The few questions i have is will a good weld hold?? (my dad owns an auto shop and i could get someone to weld it who knows what there doing) Also i was wondering how bad it would jump around when driving it on the road? (I have another primary car so the jeep would just be used for some bad winter driving)

ps I would like to apologize because im sure im repeating this question but i couldnt seem to find an answer for some reason

Welding the rear isn't posi; it's fully locked all the time. You don't want to do that to a Jeep that touches the road.

I'm lifted 3 inches with 235's on my 1994 xj and I keep my foot out of it and I still am only getting like 150 miles to the tank. I've run injector cleaner through, replaced my o2 sensor, cleaned the TB, replaced the fuel filter. What could it be? I was looking into the tps.. Would that cause bad mpg and when I hit the gas I usually have to hammer down to go anywhere. Is this the tps? Btw my manifold is not cracked.

Does the tcase support look stock here? And yes I'm aware the output housing is leaking.
