I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ Sport but as with most Jeeps (Cherokee and Wrangler) they dont have much front driver leg room. I was told that there is, or was a bracket that was sold to give more room.
please help.

 

I've never heard of that but the heat shield thing I just took off and it gives me a little more leg room

 

I think the seats are mounted that way because of folding down the back seat. Right? I guess a home made bracket could work. An inch or two more room would be great.

 

These are the brackets I believe you are talking about but as far as I know they are only for the Wranglers.
