Older project... Put a 110cc engine with clutch and 4 speed in this 1978 Honda 50. Bike was a wreck when I picked it up. Nice for wheelies... Got bored and sold it.

Plowing with the new machine. Pushes snow like no tomorrow. Need to get familiar with the controls. It's a lot different than the Tractor.

Picked up a 1978 Ford F250 with Snowfighter package. Main reason was to get the front and rear Dana 60 axels. Now I figure this will be my winter ride while I take the Cherokee off the road to escape the salt. Some day I'll build another 4x4 and use the Dana 60's in it.

Green tailgate now painted Chile Pepper Red to match. Also had end caps painted and rear bumper. And the shop, insulated, heated, 220v electrical, 5 high output 8' flourescent lights, hot/cold water and sound system! An upstairs storage area keeps parts I'm not using out of my way. (Getting full). I have my large compressor up there also so I don't have to hear it.

Purple 1999 with new front end. All Craigslist pieces that I installed after straightening the front end out with a few pulls with a chain and the Tractor. Had to chain Jeep to a tree because the tractor was pulling it in park! Fun.

Picked up the new meats and rims yesterday... Now for the Lift! 245x75x16" Goodyear MTR's off a Rubicon with 7000 miles on them and a spare that was never used. Oh and complete undersides of Jeep was painted while apart.

Searay boat I restored... Was Robin's egg blue. (Top Picture) Ugly!
Now it's white! Cut all the stringers, transom and floors out and rebuilt them. Put 30 gallons of epoxy into this project! Took me 1.5 years, working every evening, weekend, holiday and vacation. Redid all the upholstery. Awlgrip paint used on hull.

Rear Disc brake upgrade: Picture of soft brake line bracket (right of axel U-bolt) from a Grand Cherokee, welded on my Chrysler 8.25" axel. Hard line is off the Cherokee axel but bent to fit Grand Cherokee soft line at bracket mount. I have a technical article on a better way to hook parking brake cable up. Works better than looping it!

44000 mile engine installed. Ran it on the 1998 and 1999 Computers just to see if it would work. It did. Interesting... Had to use the engine wiring harness off 1999 since the injectors and starter have different connectors. Painted all components as I was reassembling motor and engine compartment.

Painted the whole underbody while everything was out. Rear axel will be swapped out with 44,000 mile axel after the 1997 Grand Cherokee disk brakes are installed. Also installed Treks upper shock bar pin eliminators. Not shown. The Treks were kind of cheesy if you ask me...

Painted all the control arms, pressed in new bushings, motor mounts and other parts painted black. Painted the engine compartment Chrysler Chile Pepper Red however didn't match all that well. Oh well... Most of it will be hidden anyway. At least it will never rust.
