    my temp sending unit is supposed to be at rear of head.this is where the wire lead is at but my problem is that there is no hole for the unit to mount.Iread somewhere that i should mount it in the thermostat housing.my issue is that with my luck to cut the wire and make it longer to reach the front of the head sounds like disaster.

    The A/C Compressor bypass that you want is at autozone for 39.99... They will have to order it but the part number that you are looking for is 34171. I had to bypass my compressor and this is the part that I found that will work on our xjs. Hope that helps.

    i wish i could take credit for the front bumper, previous owner had it on there, is an ORf.
