I misplaced the nut-serts for the front fenders so I went ahead and put new stainless hardware in there. Genuinely curious to see how they hold up over the long term without seizing.

I’ve now made it a habit to use RP-342 before fastening two metal surfaces together on this project. I applied some to the mounting surface of the hitch receiver before bolting it to the frame.

Probably went a little overboard here trying to prevent corrosion, but I am long tired of snapping corroded flare studs. Antiseize, stainless nuts and vacuum caps on top.
