1999 grand cherokee laredo 2 in lift kit now i have whining noise from front end from 20 mile an hour and up take my foot off the gas it stops whining and when I let it slow down by itself any thoughts on this

I'm assuming you still have the CV joint front driveshaft? Loosen the adjuster nut and make it a little longer.

There is a lock nut on the driveshaft just behind the CV joint boot. The length of the driveshaft is pre-adjusted at the factory and the lock nut tightened. Loosen the lock nut and pull out about 1/2" of shaft, then tighten it up.
