JK Dana 44 ABS on XJ?

Engine: 4.0 I6
Wrong Fourm OOF
Was wondering about this swap being viable to keep ABS, The JK Dana 44 has ABS as does my “rare” Freedom Sport XJ. Wanted to eventually swap out the D35 for a D44, think this would be a good swap?
