Can I 44 Swap my Zj
I bought a 95 zj 5.2 with a busted rear Aussie Locker,
I was just going to replace it with a spartan locker, ( it is a 44, with lock track, 30 spline.)
Open it up and found that someone had put the aussie locker in there with the lock track deal, wich is why it was broke.
Long story short, I am now going to throw an e locker in the back for about 1500, but I have a buddy who is swapping out his front and rear, (d44, E-locked, with cromoly, geared 5.13) for D 60's on his wrangler 07.
Can I buy his axles and swap and how hard will it be, as I already have a d44 in the rear and a d30 in the front?
I am on 5 inch rubicon long arm lift, and am fine cutting and welding?
Thanks

You will have to make sure you replace or fabricate all the brackets so the ZJ suspension will work. You can carefully cut off the old ones if you want

Not sure what axles you are going to, but ti 44A is centered and if the one you are going to is centered also then no

On a different note I found this set of axles and tires,
is this something that might work it looks like it uses four link in the back and three link in the front like my Jeep does as well as the coils like my Jeep does as well.

Hopefully you're not still waiting for replies..... For anyone else who stumbles upon this.....
These JKU axles are not direct swap. The link positions are different.
Unless your donor axles come from another ZJ, you should expect to replace the suspension mounts.
This also means that you should not shop for axles based on the position of the mounts. In almost any situation you will need to weld on new mounts.
