Really not looking for a race rail looking more for fuel eco.... I hear that my jeep has single port and would like to possibly switch to 4 port injectors

How is a 3 inch lift going to accomplish that?

It's not going to help with it that's why I'm also looking to improve mileage...looking for a little more clearance without getting completely out of hand with it

IMO if you're interested in fuel economy stay with stock injectors and keep them in tip top shape. That said, I recently went to 12 hole (at least one of my stock injectors was bad) but I tow at the upper limit and those several HP I gained should prove helpful.
