99 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I have a 99 Jeep grand Cherokee and the pinion baring is going out I have a Dana 35 NLS 3.55 gears. I found a reman Chrysler 8/14 3.55 gears, my question is will they swap.

No,
Totally different rears with yours having the wishbone, coils, etc,
and the C8.25 is set up for leafs.
