Default How many amps before alternator upgrade

Could anyone tell me how many amps I could safely draw through added accessories, for now mostly lighting? Starting with 2 100watt and 2 50 watt lights. That's probably roughly 25-30 amps.

Sound system to come at a later date but for now I really want to add some lighting. Just replaced battery, cables, - to fender and + to PDC. I have been waiting to do this so I could add some lights.

So who is running what on stock alternator? Alternator had been replaced not long before I got the jeep and I replaced the starter when I got it. I have already cleaned all ground contacts throughout also. So I'm ready. Lol

I also plan on swapping to all LED bulbs throughout and adding a relay harness for the headlights
