They are MJ specific. Made by Brandon Scarborough. He's Krustyballer16 over at ComancheClub.

That's My thoughts also I have a rust free XJ and don't want to cut perfect rockers! and thanks XJwonders I sent him a PM.

 

It hurt cutting out the clean rockers, but I knew I wanted the clearance, and a lot of guys in the club with bolt on ones they push into the rocker and dent it anyway.

 

I don't plan on getting to crazy but until they need to be cut they will stay intact I really had a hard time cutting fenders for the flat flares!

 

I ain't getting serious off-roading with the MJ. That's what my XJ is for.

Steel arrived this morning.

Then I cut them up after work





I probably have like 80% of the design finalized in my mind. The final 20% ll wait until I build it up.

Also, I still had the original front fenders and the various leafs. Somebody ll come by soon and trade their 97+ manual doors & a tailgate for them.

I'm thinking I ll either cut the tailgate up and graft the "JEEP" part on the custom tailgate or mount it on the garage wall, OR make a bench. I'm thinking a bench since I have some stainless steel tubing and bunch of cedar wood...

You should make a bench with the actual tail gate and then do the myth busters thing for the tail gate on your truck. But obviously with Jeep on it.
