Default Gauge cluster issues

I just bought a 88 comanche and the oil pressure gauge didnt work. So I bought a new sender and still nothing on gauge. I went out and bought a used gauge cluster still nothing and now my water temp gauge wont work. So I went out and got a new temp sender still nothing. I tested all sender wires and cleaned ribbons on back of cluster cant figure it out any ideas?

Do Cruiser's tips.

Likely a ground issue.....many of these problems come down to poor grounds or other wiring problems.
