90 comanche pioneer 2.5 fuel pump questions

Well i got her going. Not sure exactly what problem was, i checked\messed with so many connections not sure what did it. If i had to guess it was the relay socket for the pump, but not sure that explains the gauge. Thanks to all, for all of your insight.
