Default 2.5L Tune up

Hi, I'm in need of a little help on my I4 Comanche. About three months ago I started tearing into my recent purchase, the Comanche. I ended up needing to order a bunch of different stuff. So in the meantime I took the interior out, except the dash. Had the headliner done at a local place, wire wheeled the floor pans and primer and painted them, then went on to do sound deadener and insulation, new speakers and on and on it went. And with doing road work and being gone for long periods of time, I forgot how I removed the radiator and stuff. I've spent an hour on youtube and google trying to find a video or anything helpful to put it all back together, but I'm skunked. The new radiator I've bought seems to hit the sway bar, so planning on nipping the corner of the radiator and having it welded back up. But before cutting it I'd like to know how everything is supposed to be assembled, because maybe I wont have to cut anything. Young and dumb, should've taken my own video or photos.

What year is your MJ.

Nipping the radiator and having it welded back up seems like a backwards solution for a potential wrong part to be used in a factory application??

It is a 88, with a 5 speed manual. The new radiator also has transmission cooler ports that I wont need to use. And after some messing around with it I'm also pretty sure I wont need the weird brackets that were used with the original unit.
