I bought a new radiator because the one i had in my jeep comanche was rusted bad. But the problem is the radiator i had on my comanche didnt have the L shaped tube at the bottom left of the radiator on it. It was patched up and welded. Then new radiator i bought has the L shaped tube but i have nothin to connect to it. It is a 4.0 5 speed comanche. So that probably has something to do with it. Do i take off the L shaped tube and close the hole? Also when i bought it from autozone it said it fitted manual comanche so idk what to do plz help thanks!

Its probably for the tranny cooler inside the radiator, which you dont need with the manual trans. You could plug it or just leave it open, wont hurt a thing. And if it's for the cooler, there should be another one higher up on the same side.
