steering rack noisy

I recently bought a Cherokee 3.2 AWD 2015 the steering rack is very noisy when travelling on a corrugated road (off road) the dealer say its the characteristic of the vehicle. anyone with the same problem

I am having the same trouble and my dealer says it is not right, they are replacing the rack.
