Cool...
noticed a little front slippage, but none in the back, and way less than the toy.

Wouldn't have mattered with a TrailHawk. I had one off road.

Hello all. My first time posting over here. But that is me in the video.

And yes, that was one of my younger daughters in the back seat! Having fun in the desert.

I went from a 4x4 Nissan, to an 04 Rubicon, to an 08 Patriot FDII and an 05 GC Laredo... and now this Trailhawk. I've done a LOT of mild off-roading like you see in the video. Nothing extreme. And other than the Rubicon (for obvious reasons) the Trailhawk (stock for stock) in my mind is more capable on these types of trails than the others.

Its limit is going to be ground clearance, and lack of easy upgrades. Rock rails, 30" (or maybe 31's) tires, and maybe a small lift is about all that can be done.

Thanks.

Here's a link to the one guy's youtube channel. He compiled all of the video from that day and posted them all.

For the Cherokee, so far so good. I only have 1600 miles on it, so <knock on wood> nothing to complain about yet. Many people are having issues with shift characteristics on the transmission though. rough shifts, weird surges, odd timing on shifts, etc. Mine seems OK though, and I get the feeling that Jeep just has some more tweeking in the software to take care of it. The ZF-9 tranny is very complex and I think they are breaking new ground on how to make it work.
