KL Uconnect Upgrade
If you just got the 2014 KL with Uconnect make sure you are running version 14, if not your SD/USB will not function properly if at all.
glitches to watch for as follows
will not read USB
Music on an SD card say with 50 songs turns into 1500 songs.. it somehow made copies..? got me on that one..
or it will not read the card at all and the Jeep has too sit for few.. then it might reboot.
V14 upgrade.. seems to have fixed all known issues.

Uconnect upgrade
I downloaded the upgrade to a USB drive but Uconnect won't recognize it how did you upgrade if it won't recognize the USB memory stick or SD card, will I have to take it back to the dealer?

had to go to dealership.
and ream them for not updating the NEW RIDE ! its they dont do it by default.
the uconnect counts every file as holding songs.. so if you have 1 album folder and the songs are in another folder inside , lets a say 10 songs.. it will somehow count both folders and double the music.
so.. dump all music straight onto the usb and or sd, and it will take care of it somewhat.
