Default FIX "14 Cherokee 1 or both headlamps not always working

We fought this problem for months and just figured it out.
It seemed I could bang on under-dash and get the left headlamp to come on so it was something under there.
After pulling the wallet holder door off it reveals a fuse /buss panel. The main connector is locked on at the top. Reaseat it for the fun of it.
The problem lies in the relay on the bottom right of the panel. It jiggles loose and needs to be pushed back in.
That simple....Me and the Dealer (4 times) could not find the problem until now. Amzing

It looks like a fuse panel door but pivots open and has a tray. It comes off the hinges to reveal fuse panel
