Error codes: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor

Error codes: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor
We have a 2016 Cherokee Latitude. The check engine light came on last night and stayed on. It was yellow and did not flash.
This morning, it was off, but I went to AutoZone and had the codes run. This is what came back. A forum search pulled up a post from someone in a similar situation with a KL vehicle, and it turned out they just needed a new battery, so I'm hoping that's the situation here.
We have noticed recently that sometimes the vehicle just doesn't want to start, which is another indicator that maybe we have a dying battery.
Any thoughts on these codes? Just want to make sure it's still okay to drive the vehicle until we can get this dealt with.
P2122 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "D" Circuit Low Input
P2127 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "E" Circuit Low Input
P0123 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor A Circuit High Input
P0222 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor B Circuit High Input
