I have asked around and the oil in cooling system seems to the consensus. My question is what is the fix. I would think that it is internal and would require engine replacement. How would you isolate that?
My sludge also seems thicker. 2019 Trailhawk No issues till now just oil changes
Yikes dude. That's a 2019? WTF is FCA doing? That isn't sludge, that is coolant emulsifying with the engine oil. Most likely from a blown head gasket but I don't know enough about those motors to say for sure. Which motor is it? The 2.0L? or the 3.2L? Is there an oil cooler on that engine? I know the newer JK's and JL's have issues with oil cooler housings cracking and mixing oil with coolant.
A 2019 would be a KL and you'd be better asking in that Forum https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f87/. Edit - Mods moved it to the correct forum.
That looks bad. Being a 2019, is it still under the powertrain warranty? Assuming they don't blame it on a "maintenance error" of someone dumping oil in the wrong fill hole. I would be pushing for an engine replacement as the bearings are probably gone.

The most likely cause is a blown head gasket. Since the Jeep is under warranty then by all means let FCA deal with it. Anything the owner does only complicates the issue. It would be interesting to know which engine....

Yep. If it's under warranty, don't touch it. If you touch it, you own it.
