Default Possible Coolant in Oil

Installed a new camshaft, lifters, and head gasket a few weeks ago in my 99 XJ 4.0. I've driven it about five miles since and decided to change the oil today to get the break in Oil out of the engine. Attached is a pic of the oil when drained. I used royal purple break in Oil and 10w30 conventional.
Pretty sure I'm going to be installing a new head gasket. The head was rebuilt about 100 miles ago.

Any ideas?

Looks like the headgasket is the culprit. Could have been pinched or not torqued right or just freak accident.

I just added new oil. I plan to drive it a few miles then see if the oil is still milky.
