My wife and I have the iPhone 13 and 14 Pro Max. We have full functionality of the iPhone Bluetooth with Uconnect. Phone calls contacts and playing music but our problem is we cannot hear any apps audio such as YouTube Instagram, TikTok, etc… there’s no sound from these apps at all, either through the car, or the cell phone, while connected to Uconnect. I checked to see if I need it and Uconnect update, and it shows as up-to-date. Help please!

 

after you raise the volume on the radio all the way and it you still can't hear then you need raise the volume on the phone.

not by pushing the buttons on the side of the phone as that is the volume for the ring tone when you get calls or text messages.

go in to your volume settings and set them all to the max.
