Hello,
I was hoping to find some guidance here.
My 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x4 has no power to the interior...Kinda.
I say kinda because it's very odd behavior.
Last week my GF took it to an appointment when she was done, she came out unlocked the door and it acted as if the battery was dead. It would not start. I will add that the outside temp was 100 degrees.
I was out of town and tried to assist with things to check. Finally at wits end, I called a tow truck and had it towed to my house. When I got home yesterday, I checked the battery it read 12.3 v so, I pulled it and put it on charge.
22 hours later it was fully charged (13.3 v). Put it back in and soon as I hooked it up the horn stared blasting - nearly pssd my pants haha. On the key fob I pressed the panic and it stopped blaring. So, jumped inside and had power for a brief moment, i.e. dash lit up, radio for a sec., the message stating to press brake to start. I pressed the brake then all went dead and then nothing - but I hear a clicking,
Get back outside and I hear the starter clicking, the lights barely flashing rapidly and the horn trying to beep.
I've attached a short vid of what it's doing. Is this a bad TIPM symptom? Did I miss a step when I took out the battery and put it back in?
Also, I'll add that the dealer installed this battery in October 2021 (it's a Mopar 94r manufactured August 2021).

12.3 isn't really drained. Battery is likely bad if the voltage at the battery terminals dies when you put a load on it after charging. Check the battery cables for corrosion or other issues as well. There's a ground cable from the battery to the frame behind the front drivers wheel that's known to corrode. Measuring battery ground to the frame while turning on the heep would show that.

Hello,
Had a chance to take the Mopar battery to O'Rielly's and have it load tested.
Result: Bad Battery.
Purchased a new Interstate AGM battery for 170 bux and Jeep started right up - no issues.
Thanks tanagra and Lawsoncl.
Note to self for future additional troubleshooting. And don't rely on batt voltage alone.
I will add, that the Jeep dealer makes it nearly impossible to redeem warrantied battery.
Took the battery with receipt to the dealer who change it originally, and the service guy says that they have to have the battery in the vehicle it came out of so that they can do their load test, check codes, and bla bla bla.
I'm standing there thinking, " Hellooo...McFly! GD thing won't start with this dead effin battery. Who TF is going to pay for the tow?"
Instead, I said, When Jeep broke down, I had it towed to my house because you're damn shop was closed. Damn thing won't start and here's the receipt for when you changed it. And it has the serial number on it that matches the battery.
I even have a video of me taking it out of the vehicle.
But he said, "well that's just Chrysler's policy, bla, bla, bla.
I kindly reminded him that the policy was the stupidest GD thing I've ever heard of ...and walked out.

I can see waiting to test it in the vehicle to make sure it's actually the battery and not a cable or alternator problem. But their battery tester doesn't need it in the vehicle and would have shown it as bad on a load test.
