First post since joining. Bear with me. :-)

Recently bought a 2014 KL, and there's a very noticeable backlash when accelerating and decelerating in the lower gears. (Higher gears the acceleration and deceleration is not that emphasised.)

See attached mp3. Is this backlash normal, or this possibly the cause of the feeling when driving? Btw, the car was in neutral.

If so, what's the culprit causing this?
