Default suggestions for breaking in new gears
im putting new gears in and i was wondering how some of you broke in the front diff gears? did you take rear DS of and drive around in 4 wheel?

After driving the first 15 to 20 miles stop and let the differential fluids cool.
After keep speeds below 60 mph the first 100 miles.
Put at least 500 miles on new gear set before heavy use or towing.
After 500 miles change differential fluids to remove any metal particles from the break in.
