'89che, stalls and backfires
1989 cherokee that started stalling and backfiring while driving uphill. Now it backfires and sputters anytime I give it gas. My mechanic friend is baffled. He now thinks it the brain??

jaonion, try asking your question in the OEM XJ section at the top of the page. That's for one for '84 to '01 Cherokees. Someone there might be able to help you.
