Default 2016 Cherokee Engine Knock? - Help- Advice

Greetings everyone, I sure could use some help/advice from the community vs what i'm getting from the Jeep dealer.

September 29th 2015, I picked up a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Altitude with 18 miles on it, Fresh off the trailer from the following Thursday. This has a MultiAir2 Tigershark 2.4L I-4 184hp engine.

As of November 11th with 1800k miles, Shes been at the dealer.

Pulling into a Jack in the box on a late night go get me food i'm pregnant and hungry its your fault run. My heart sunk, when the engine started knocking nice n loud. I set her in neutral and pushed it back to a empty spot and opened up the hood and was able to record the sound for back up just in case it stopped.

So glad I did, now it wont make the same sound again, and no Mil's or code's stored. The Dealer is at a loss, since if its not broken they cant really fix it.

So far its only on cold starts after driving approx 3-7 miles from my house. no aux power being used, No radio, no Ac, speeds in town under 45mph. And again No Mil's or codes. No dimming of any lights. No I did not rev the engine so see if it was a faster or louder knock. (dealer asked)

I have also contacted 3 other dealers who have been no help either. If after another week on testing. (it just sitting there) They said they would contact the engineers in Detroit. (Mexico and Canada )

I'm in California - Think that covers the basic's.

This was moved from wrong section- Sry

From the Owners Manual: "2.4L Engine

These engines are designed to meet all emissions regulations and provide excellent fuel economy and performance when using high quality unleaded “regular”
gasoline having an octane rating of 87. The use of premium gasoline is not recommended, as it will not provide any benefit over regular gasoline in these engines.
Light spark knock at low engine speeds is not harmful to your engine. However, continued heavy spark knock at high speeds can cause damage and immediate service is
required. Poor quality gasoline can cause problems such as hard starting, stalling, and hesitations. If you experience these symptoms, try another brand of gasoline
before considering service for the vehicle."
