2014 TrailHawk Electric Parking Brake Issues

How can i reset the electric parking brake on my Trailhawk. It's stuck to ON position, It wont dis engage from Brake. The lights is blinking Brake is ON from the dashboard and the actual lever near the the shifter.
Anybody got the same issue? I got 14327 miles on it. 2014 Cherokee TrailHawk. Help is needed, Anybody? Please help.

Foot on brake
Push/pull brake button
It should release.

Is the parking brake actually stuck on? On the radio under the setting, there is an option to back the parking brake off for service. You might need to cycle that a few times. I had it get stuck on when I fixed the rear brakes (corrosion under the stainless clips on the slides was making the calipers hang up) .
