2014 limited jeep Cherokee 4 cylinder

2014 limited jeep Cherokee 4 cylinder
My jeep has 5,000 miles on it. When I accelerate it slams into gear. Took it to dealership and they fixed it but started slamming into gear again a week later. Has anyone heard of this issue?

If before May 5th, 2014, go visit them again.

the manual shifting is whats getting me, every other vehicle i have driven with a maual type option.. will shift into the gear you want. and the RPMS change.. seems mine goes as far as 6th gear.. and nothing after.. plus it lags.
