is it worth the money?
I've been looking to upgrade from my 2wd to a 4wd for awhile now. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy a donor jeep and transplant the 4wd system into it or take the engine out of mine and put into a 4wd, but I came across thiss and thought " I'ts exactly what I want". My question is this rig really worth the money? It's got 170000 I checked it out and there's afew spots with surface rust behind acouple wheel wells but I can fix that. It has a 3 1/2 inch old man emu lift on 10.5/ 32inch tires air-lockers on the front and rear. ZJ sway bar. For once it would be nice to buy and not build. It's going to be my dd and part time trail rig. thanks for the input.

Thanks.
I've been getting on the site for a few months now and this is defiantly the best xj forum I've seen. very knowledgeable people. the xj seems like a decent deal I checked all the fluids and very thing looks great with exception of the small bits of rust.

Welcome to CherokeeForum man. Old Man Emu kits are very very nice as far as ride quality- also expensive. Air lockers (if ARB) are also very expensive and nice to have. I would ask him for a full list of parts so you know what is left to do if anything. Ide say it is worth it.

the air lockers are ARB. I'm not sure if the guy really knows to much about it. When I called he said it had 225/75r15 tires and no lift. The second I saw it I new it was lifted with at least 31's. I didn't check the transfer case or rear end to see if it was the turdy5 rear or 8.25 but I will be going back in a couple of days to get it. Thanks for the input and happy trails
