What's up CF! New from Minot!
No, im not an oil field worker. Got stationed up here working on the B52 bombers. Recently bought a 1989 Jeep Cherokee. New to this forum but definitely not forums. I know how to search. The Jeep seems to be in okay condition. I undoubtedly will throw some upgrades at it. I have this thing of never leaving vehicles the way they came from the factory. On to the pictures-
Some information on the Jeep.
4.0L/Auto
154K on the odometer
Leather seats
Power everything
Doesn't look abused.
I bought it for $1500.
Only visible issues with the 4.0L I have seen is the tube going from the exhaust manifold to the cat is rusted out and needs to be replaced. I also have a very slight antifreeze leek that I am trying to track down.
There are a few little things that I am going to replace/repair. I have a lot of little plans for it. Maybe weld up my own bumpers for it. Im not very good at welding so this might be a project that forces me to practice and then put my new skills to use.
Ohh, and because I love to show it off. Here's my other ride.
K&N Filter/Air box mod
Fender eliminator
ZX9R header
FMF titanium exhaust
ZX6R forks/axle/spacers/calipers
ZX10 front fender
Axle sliders
ZX6R rear shock
LED turn signals
ZX9R front brake master cylinder
Renthal bar clamps
Speed triple fatbars
Shorty levers
Frame Sliders
SS Brake lines
EBC HH pads front and rear
Black rear caliper
CRG Arrow Mirror
