A trip would be awesome. Well have to convince the wife to spend the money first though. Lol

Bugout, which one do you drive? I've been here about three weeks now, and I see more and more XJs all the time. Big lifted ones too

xj eric yeah man i drive a 99 orangeish red Cherokee sport just did a lift and haven't driven it to much here lately i broke the bolts that hold the bar pin for the shock strut in the rear body. as well as one of the bottom bolts to the axle for the shock strut. so i hate riding around getting sea sick with no shock struts haha. but stock rims and tires nothing but the lift just yet just got stationed up here in December so still trying to settle in an money is still little tight

I understand that! My upper bolts broke off too. I had to drill them out and put in nuts and bolts. I've seen lots of XJs around here. There was a red (ish) one by Walmart with a emergency light bar on the roof. There's a another black one and a dark blue one rolling around too.

Anybody know of any wheeling? Although driving around some of these back roads washed out with all the water seem pretty gnarly. You could almost call that wheeling! There anywhere between Minot and Bismark worth doing a meet and greet?

gotta be really careful with the minimum maintenance roads, depending on where you are you could get a pretty hefty fine and a tow...if they can get to you, lol just a friendly warning, they've printed articles in the forum and in GF I think too
