Question Trying to drive my Cherokee forever

Bought our '99 Cherokee in 2004 to use as a "beater" to go to my daughter's horseback riding lessons. It had 95,000 miles and ran great except for a slight knock in the engine. Now it has 160,000+ miles, still runs great and has a slight knock in the engine. We have come to love this Jeep because it just works so well. It's easy to park in tight places, has great visibility, rides pretty well, is comfortable on long trips, and it almost never breaks. I want to keep this Jeep forever. It is completely stock except for a K&N air filter and I plan to keep it that way. I have a lifted TJ for off-road stuff so this one can stay stock. I have it regularly serviced and change the oil every 3000 miles using Castrol 10-40 (mineral) with a little ZDDP added for the cam. My driving style is conservative and I keep the Jeep garaged. Any advise on what to do to help it last would be appreciated.

Wash it weekly, Wax it every 3 months, inspect it every week under, over, all inside. Scream and holler when the kids get it dirty. Just do everything you would do to a new car.

Thanks. That's pretty much what I'm doing, except I wax it more often.

Well if you count the wax the car wash has, then I wax mine every week.
