If its a 2need door Cherokee its an XJ. Should look like a refrigerator box on wheels.

Moving to introductions...

If it runs has tires and is a JEEP. It IS offroad ready....
Only thing you can do do it is make it MORE capable or un-driveable. One Tip, FIX IT and learn to wheel it, before you modify it. You skip the fix-it part, even a little, it will get very expensive to wheel it.

3" you have to relocate lines, but anything over 3"you requires several other parts.

You drill a new hole for the front line bracket and move it a bit lower on the frame rail.

sweet...so any info for me regarding the lift?? by that i mean which coils and springs to use? i have been told s-10 leafs are good, bronco coils are too stiff...i think i would want the flexibility more so any advice towards what make and models to grab things off of would be greatly appreciated

Bronco coils suck.

A bastard pack or AAL (add a leaf) will work, but only if your leafs aren't sagging.

Search for 3" lift, lots of folks ask what's the best out there.

I have a BDS lift, beat it to hell, and its going strong. Others say its too expensive.
