Recently picked up a '96 Cherokee stock. Not too many bells and whistles. Auto trans and power windows. Four-door. Classic Square not round. My other rides are a shovelhead HD and an '85 Toyota P/U.
I got lot's of questions but will hold off till I read past posts to see if they have already been addressed.
Just for the record, my name is Gator. The grumpy part is just my disposition.
And I live on the west coast of Florida south of Tampa Bay.
I was going to post a picture of my ride but maybe I don't have enough posts for that yet. Guess I got to read all the rules first.

What's you plans for the XJ?

 

First on the list is replacing weak steering dampener. Then front diff seal behind the yoke. And track down the gremlin that's screwing with my dash and interior lights.
After that, I will look for a roof rack that attaches to the roof rails, not the crossbars.
Sure am glad I found this place, just reading old posts is answering a lot of questions.
