It depends what worth it is to you. 80$ is pretty cheap. You will be able to fit a little bigger tires +gain some clearance and that alone with increase your Jeep's offroad prowess exponentially. At 3" you should be fine with no issues. It's when you get up in the 4-4.5 inch range that things start needing to be beefed up/swaped out.
