hey im new to this site but i aint new to jeeps i live in washington i got a 1991 jeep grand cherokee with a HO 4.0L in it. not sure what i want to do with it yet but im glad i finally have one after years of searching for a good deal! i grew up in a comanche with the same engine in it until my dad sold the rig. now i got my own project! pics soon as i can, probably have a post limit here before i can post pics so ill be busy haha see you around!
Yep! Lucky I got this one too, traded it straight across for my dirtbike!!! Hopefully, if I get money, I'll get a 2" lift for adding a rear leaf and spring spacer up front. Found a kit on eBay for about 80$, should I get it?

Haha I got ripped-off like that once. Traded a 04' CR250 (bored over) for a lifted flarside f150. The truck looked amazing/had alot of power but the tranny went bad after like 2 months.
Anyways... congrats on getting a jeep! Welcome to the forum!

What is in the kit? Look at the link in my signature for a list of 90% of the lifts available out there. Might be able to tell you if your getting a good deal or not. (prices are included on the list)

For example: This kit is also 80.

Hey thanks man! Is a 2" lift really worth it? Should I just get a 3"? I'm planning on doing some mild to wild offroad ridin, so I want some decent clearance that won't cause drive shaft or transfer case issues... I won't be doing any trench crossin or rock crawling just trail driving and mudding and whatnotOriginally Posted by Ianf406
