Stock JK rims and tires 255 75 r17 on a stock 01 cherokee?

A buddy of mine got rid of his stock rims and tires for his 2011 JK and I want to put them on my 01 Cherokee. I'm wondering how much of a lift I need to fit those tires.

I don't think cherokees have the same polt pattern as the Jks.
