Default Not new to Jeeps but new to XJ's - So Cal

Just picked up my 2001 Cherokee Sport about a month ago and the modding has already begun. I bought this to replace my 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser because the FJ had 240k and got 10mpg which wasn't working for how much I drive. I've owned 2 ZJ's before and while I liked them I wanted a Cherokee so that's how I got to where I am.

I DD the car about 50 miles a day which is why I want to keep it mostly stock but I live on a ranch and like to drive trails and offroad when I can. Right now I want to go through the car and make it as reliable as I can so I'm looking for suggestions on cooling system stuff.

So far I've done the following:

General Grabber AT2's in 225/75/15
MOOJ Super Trail Boss Steering Stabilizer
Spartan Front Auto Locker (Ordred for RWKHause! but not installed)
Track Bar Bushings
Removed Side Trim (still have to scrape off the tape)
JVC Bluetooth Receiver
Kelley Wip Battery Cable Kit (not yet installed)

Stuff I want to do/order soon:

Tow Hitch (deciding on brand)
Rugged Ridge Tow Hook Kit
Radiator (what do you guys recommend?)
Water Pump (want a hesco but not sure I wanna spend that much)
Hesco Thermostat Housing
Thermostat/Hoses/Clamps
Tranny Cooler (which one do you guys use)
T/C Skid Plate
Fuel Tank Skid Plate
Swaybar Bushings
Paint Bumper Ends Black (mine are faded)

Eventually I'd like an OME 2.5" Lift with new wheels and 31" tires but for right now I'm gonna leave it mostly stock due to how much I DD it. I just don't wanna kill my MPG

Took some new photos today after a quick wash:

Also, I just looked at your pictures on an actual 2560x1440 display.. uh, wow. Those are really inspiring. I love the effect on the first picture. It makes me want to go buy a nooby Nikon D5100 or something and learn the basics.
