Default Newbie From Charleston SC

Finally after many hectic years I'm the proud owner of a 99 4.0 2dr. Cherokee Sport with 4x4 and Manual transmissions... I'm not new to forums (I've owned many Volkswagen's) but know almost nothing about Jeeps... looking forward to learning. Couple quick questions... My Cherokee appears to have made love to a rock with the rear drivers side quarter panel. I cant find one for this year, do the older Cherokee rear quarter panels fit? Is the only difference between the older models the front clip, fenders, hood, tail lights, and hatch? Get back to me.

I'm in West Ashley... My neighbor is a mechanic at Ford Summerville he took the Cherokee to work today and checked it out. Looks like I need front wheel bearings, ball joints and tie rod... I wanted to use my extra cash to fix the huge dent in the side and have it painted... Oh well function before fashion.
