So I have a 1993 jeep wrangler renegade that I inherited when my dad passed a few years ago. It leaked everything(brake, diff, fuel, coolant, oil, and transmission fluid) when I bought it. I still need to have it painted(added hard doors) but it runs perfectly. Also added a complete AC system to it with parallel condenser and made in american Sanden compressor. Well I just bought a 98 Cherokee from Texas A&M with 65k miles on it. Had a few questions that I couldn't find answers to and found this place.

 

Props for keeping it alive, especially with the AC upgrade. That Sanden compressor setup’s no joke. And that Cherokee? 65k miles from Texas? You scored.

 

Yeah I still need to do some work on it. The transmission is bad on the XJ(almost looks like someone put diesel oil in it...smells like diesel oil and is super thick). Bought a used low mileage transmission.
