New from SC
Thought instead of lurking around anymore I would make myself known a bit. My name is Joe and I am from Florence SC ..... I had a jku that was stolen and decided to stray from wranglers and build an xj this time around. Cureently dont even have an xj but am hoping to change that this evening as I am heading down to Charleston to look at a stock 99 4.0 4x4 sport that is gun metal pearl with 122k on her. If I end up purchasing her I will start a build thread. If you wheeled at ure or gulches you probably have seen my old rig
My plans are to have this rig ready for april/may
6.5 rock krawler long arm with rear coil conversion on Kevlar 35's on 15 pro comp bullet holes with 4:10 gears and lock the front .... obviously drive shafts steering upgrades ect ect with ruff stuff stiffeners ...
few pics of my old rig ......

Welcome from Raleigh, NC. We'll have to meet up for some Uwharrie runs next year when you get it built up

I haven't heard anything about that. Haven't seen anything on nc4x4 either. But taking away Daniel would be like taking away half of the fun of uwharrie so I wouldn't see that happening.

Few guys had been talking about it last time I was there cause of how dug out the first ledge was..... I still hate that they took that tree out around the one bend was always fun trying to get around it hahaha

I actually looked at yours 4 or 5 times .... I texted you as funny as this is an never got one back .... then I drove to buy the green one in Raleigh got on this forum that night and there yours was again lmfao ..... Do you have another xj or are you just getting rid of yours all together.
But I am not a fan of white as I have had bad luck with every white car or truck I have ever owned( wrecked every single one )

Haha yeah that tree was a window breaker for sure. Idk man, I would hope they fill it in during the off season instead of closing the whole trail all together. But seriously Daniel goes through changes so much from year to year.
