Default New from NYC

Hello Forum. Pleased to meet you from Queens, NY
I've been over at WranglerForum for 6 years. I still have my TJ. That's not going anywhere. But last week I brought home a '98 Cherokee. I've always been a fan, and when I needed an inexpensive vehicle to use as a Home Depot runner, it was a perfect opportunity to play with a Cherokee. I remember when I was a Ford car salesman in 2000, we went on a test drive convention for the newly released Ford Escape. They pitted the modern Escape against the aging and quite dated Cherokee and what ever GM was selling at the time (S10 maybe?). We all got to drive them off-road, on logs, obstacles and so-on. Even though we were all Ford employees it was unanimous the Jeep was the favorite. When I'm done renovating my house, I'l probably throw a coat of paint on it and keep it around. Like my Wrangler, it's 20 yeasr sold. so it only cost a couple hundred dollars a year to insure.
See you round.....Rocco.
